Growth for Pummba

We are looking for the third member of the team: a person who will join the CEO to grow the company. You will work side by side with the founding team, to advance all the projects on our roadmap and to launch new channels.


What you will have to do

  • Co-lead the strategy and vision to grow the company.
  1. You will think about and execute new marketing channels to be tested
  2. You will launch tests on the channels that are already in operation 
  3. You will prioritize according to results
  • Analyze, measure and understand the main KPI's of the business and of the actions we launch (ROAS, Conversion, CAC...): what return does each channel give us? Is this test working?
  • Develop new channels and sales strategies such as partnerships, marketplaces, new markets, etc..

 

Are we defining you?

  • You are an analytical person: you like to measure everything you do to understand where you are and if you are improving.
  • You are a creative person: you have different ideas to try in your daily life or to solve problems.
  • You are an entrepreneur: you have set up your own company or you want to start your own business.
  • You speak the language of marketing: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, etc. are acronyms you use on a daily basis.

What are we looking for?

  • +3 years of experience in start-up, digital company, agency or accelerator, ideally B2C.
  • You can get by with tools such as: Analytics, CRM, Klaviyo or similar, FB Ads, Google Ads, Referal...You don't need to set up a FB ADS campaign, but you do know how to read if it's going well or not.
  • It is a plus if you have had international experience.
