Growth for Pummba

We are looking for the third member of the team: a person who will join the CEO to grow the company. You will work closely with the founding team, to advance all the projects on our roadmap and to launch new channels.


what will you have to do

  • Co-lead the strategy and vision to grow the company.
  1. You will think and execute new marketing channels to test
  2. You will launch tests on the channels that already work
  3. You will prioritize according to the results
  • Analyze, measure and understand the main KPI's of the business and of the actions that we launch (ROAS, Conversion, CAC...): what return does each channel give us? Is this test working?
  • Develop new channels and sales strategies such as partnerships, marketplaces, new markets, etc.

Are we defining you?

  • You are an analytical person : you like to measure everything you do to understand where you are and if you are improving.
  • You are a creative person : you have different ideas to try in your day to day or to solve problems.
  • You have an entrepreneurial character : you have set up your own company or you want to start out on your own.
  • You speak the language of marketing : ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, etc. They are acronyms that you use in your day to day.

What are we looking for?

  • +3 years of experience in a start-up, digital company, agency or accelerator, ideally B2C.
  • You know how to manage with tools like: Analytics, CRM, Klaviyo or similar, FB Ads, Google Ads, Referal... You won't need to set up an FB ADS campaign, but you do know how to read if it's going well or badly .
  • It is a plus if you have had international experience .
