If there is still no chemistry between you, you can contact us and return it at any time within your trial period.

We will arrange an appointment at a time that suits you for the collection of the sofa, you will not have to pay anything or give any explanation.

What happens between you is up to you.

A very simple process

Returning your Pummba is as easy as buying it:

  • Contact us and request a refund.
  • Send us pictures to see the condition of your Pummba.
  • If you do not keep the boxes, we will send you some bags to put the modules inside.
  • The transport company will contact you to arrange the pick-up.
  • As soon as we pick up the sofa we will refund all the money you paid for it. And that's it.

  • We do not accept returns of sofas that are badly damaged or with large tears.
