Get to know our Warranty

Our sofas are warranted for 5 years from the date of delivery. And, of course, there is no charge for repairing, replacing or returning an item covered by it. No hidden costs, no receipts, no unicorn blood - if you want to make use of it, just contact us and you're all set. And now, on to the important stuff:

What does the warranty cover?

  • Fabric problems caused by manufacturing and workmanship defects, with confirmation that the covers have been cared for following the cleaning steps described in the FAQ page.
  • Rasgaduras y desgarros generados durante el proceso de fabricación o el envío como marcos y componentes metálicos rotos, cremalleras rotas, madera astillada o agrietada y descascarillada.

    • What is NOT covered by your warranty?

  • General wear and tear
  • Fabric shrinkage
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Odor elimination
  • Stains resulting from acid, ink, wax, dyes, bleach (outside of recommended use) or similar liquids.
  • Color fading, fading or discoloration.
  • Pilling (pilling and linting)
  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of God
  • General product abuse
  • Theft or loss of the product
