Solve your doubts about Returns/Incidents

Very simple. Once you receive your sofa at home you have 100 days to test it, if at any time within that period of time you decide you want to return it you can contact us and request your refund. We will pick up the sofa and give you a full refund. Find all the information about the trial period here.
The 100 day trial period applies to all products except covers.

If during the first 100 days you decide that Pummba is not for you, you can contact us and request a refund.
You can do it by e-mail writing to: [email protected], by phone calling +34 900 670 182 or by Whatsapp and attaching some pictures of your Pummba.
Once we receive the photos and accept the return, the transport company will contact you to pick up your Pummba. You will not be able to return your Pummba if it is damaged.
On the day of pick up, keep all the parts inside each box and give them to the carrier.
When your order arrives at the factory we will refund your money. Please note that each customer may use this trial period only once per product.

All bouclé covers have a return period of 14 calendar days after the customer receives the order. The return will be free of charge and the refund will be full. For the return, photos of the covers will be requested to the customer in order to check their condition. Once we receive the photos will begin, if appropriate, the return process. The return will not be valid if the product shows wear and tear or is in bad condition. You must keep the original box or, failing that, pack the cases correctly for collection.

We try to deliver all our orders within 24-48 hours. We monitor the orders so that there are no problems. However, there are many people involved on the way between you and your Pummba, and we cannot promise that there will be any delays.
Remember that if you place your order after 11 am it will not arrive the next day, but the day after. If your Pummba still does not arrive on time, please contact us and we will try to solve it.

When it arrives at the factory and we check that everything is in perfect condition, we will refund your Pummba.
