Resolve your doubts about Returns/Incidents

Very easy. Once you receive your sofa at home, you have 100 days to try it. If at any time within that period of time you decide that you want to return it, you can contact us and request your return. We will collect the sofa and refund all your money. The 100-day trial period applies to all products except covers.

If during the first 100 days you decide that Pummba is not for you, you can contact us and request a return.
You can do it by email by writing to: hola@pummba.es, by phone calling +34 900 670 182 or by WhatsApp and attaching some photos of your Pummba
Once we receive the photos and accept the return, the transport company will contact you to collect your Pummba. You will not be able to return your Pummba if it is damaged.
On the day of collection, put all the pieces inside each box and hand them to the carrier.
When your order arrives at the factory we will refund your money. Please note that each customer can use this trial period only once per product.

All bouclé covers have a return period of 14 calendar days from when the customer receives the order. The return will be made free of charge and the refund will be full. For the return, photos of the covers will be requested from the customer in order to check their condition. Once we receive the photos, the return process will begin, if applicable. The return will not be valid if the product shows wear and tear or is in poor condition. You must keep the original box or, failing that, package the covers correctly for collection.

As long as you return it within the 100-day trial period, the return will cost you absolutely nothing, we will refund the amount of your purchase.

Has it been more than 10 days and you still haven't received your refund? Contact us and we will solve it right away. Please note that there are some purchase methods that take a little longer, such as PayPal.

No problem! CTT Express will make 2 delivery attempts. If you have any questions you can contact us and we will give you the information you need about your order.

We try to deliver all our orders within 24-48 hours. We monitor orders so that there are no problems. However, there are a lot of people involved in the journey between you and your Pummba, and we can't promise there will be any delays.
Remember that if you place your order after 11 a.m. it will not arrive the next day, but the day after. If your Pummba still does not arrive on time, contact us and we will try to solve it.

When it arrives at the factory and we check that everything is in perfect condition, we will refund your Pummba.
